Leo Convent School is a recognised, unaided institution established and administered by "Leo Convent School Samiti Raebareli", a Society registered in Lucknow under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

The 1st School was founded in 2010. Institutions are situated in Acharya Dwivedi Nagar, Raebareli and Pure Baba Gosai, Bela-Bhela, Uttarpara, Raebareli.
